Personal Travel Profile
Once you have made an inquiry please fill out a Personal Travel Profile which provides us with your personal information and travel preferences that we require to complete your booking. All information collected and used is strictly in accordance with the Privacy Act and Benalla Travel’s privacy procedures.

Travel Insurance
Benalla Travel can assist you with travel insurance.
We strongly recommend that you do not travel anywhere without insurance so that you are covered for unforeseen circumstances.

Credit Cards/Foreign Currency
Advise your credit card provider that you are travelling overseas and make a note of their credit card cancellation procedures for stolen or lost cards. Couples who have several types of credit cards should select one card each, therefore if your wallet is stolen you have immediate credit with the other card.
Passport
In case of a lost passport, leave a photocopy of both your passport and visa details with our travel consultants.
Check your passport is valid for at least six months from your return date to Australia.
A stick on label with your name on the outside of the passport will quickly identify whose passport it is when travelling with others.

Security
We recommend you use locks on all your luggage.
TSA recognized locks are recommended for travel to or via the USA.
We recommend the use of hotel safes for all valuables.

External tags with name & address.
Internal labels with name & address.
Details of dimensions, brand, value and size in case of lost baggage.
In case of lost baggage with the airline, complete a lost baggage report and retain copy for insurance and your own follow up.
