HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING
1. First time users can create a profile so you are able to sign in and save your details with a password. Returning users can Login with their password.

2. Enter your Departing and Arriving City, Departing Date, Time and Preferred Airlines and Cabin class, Number of passengers then Search Flights.

3. Choose from the options and continue to the checkout.

IS MY BOOKING CONFIRMED?
You will receive a Benalla Travel Booking Confirmation email when your booking is confirmed.
All your travel details including two Booking Reference numbers – Benalla Travel Refernce and an Airline reference number.

HOW TO PAY
After searching flights, selecting then reviewing your travel itinerary, you will reach the check-out section.
Upon check-out you will be shown applicable payment options and payment deadlines depending on the items in your itinerary.
Benalla Travel accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Diners.

Flight payments:
Flights scheduled within 48 hours must be paid for at the time the booking is made by credit card.

For Domestic Flights Bookings:
Pay by credit card or by cash at our Benalla Travel office.

For International Flight Bookings:
Pay by Credit card, bank transfer or by eftpos, cash or cheque at our Benalla Travel office.

Car hire payments:
Depending on the car hire company, payments are either prepaid at the time of booking, part-paid at the time of booking, or paid on arrival at the car rental depot on the day of pick up – details will be given during the booking. For Pre-Paid and Part-Paid bookings, the amount payable will be processed in EUR currency at the current exchange rate on the day of purchase (please note: exchange rates used by your credit card company may vary). For Pay on Arrival bookings, the amount payable will be charged to the credit card presented at the time of check-in the local currency (e.g. AUD in Australia).

Hotel payments:
Funds must be available at the time of booking as payment is required up front.

Exceptions to payments:
Thai Airways do not accept American Express.
Using someone else’s credit card: You must have permission from the card holder to use their card. You can also use your credit card to make bookings for other people. Benalla Travel reserve the right to carry out security checks when we feel it is necessary. This is a measure taken to protect Benalla Travel and you, the card holder.
